As a Yoga Coach my role is to guide individuals towards a purpose-led life. Bringing changes to our habitual patterns requires difficult transitions that may need extra support. Using the 8 limb path as base for grounding and guidance for your intention to re-define your life path. Each is part of a holistic focus which eventually brings completeness to the individual as you find your connectivity to clear guidance. Because we are all uniquely individual a person can emphasize one branch and then move on to another as they round out their understanding.

Yoga Classes

The style of practice I offer is based on the 8 limbs of yoga of the sage Patanjali and based on the fundamentals of self-inquiry and awareness.
In the practice you may experience but not limited to, postures, movements, breathing, relaxation, and meditation. At times we will explore outside the box and may practice some meditation-in-motion, self-awakening yoga, yoga dancing and deep inquiry allowing Prana (energy) to guide us.
