What I can offer:

Each week we will look at the science of how the Neuromuscular disorders affect the nerves that control voluntary muscles and the nerves that communicate sensory information back to the brain. We most often consider our physical challenges but it can affect many other parts of our whole-person. Studies have shown that understanding the science of our condition can help in our management of it.

What you will experience:

This series will have many variations for better adaptation to personal abilities. There will be a slow exploration of breath, gentle movement for strength, balance and stretching, and complete with relaxation and meditation. This balanced approach integrating yogic principles and science informed sessions tailored for well-being can support the whole body-mind-spirit system in functioning optimally.

The intention for these classes are to be soothing for the nervous system for ultimate support for neuroplasticity and brain conduct, uplifting for mood and energy balancing.

Creating space for the element of allowing, everyone is welcome and everything is optional. Classes are trauma-informed and focused on building capacity for regulation and resilience.

Every week you will be introduced to a process that can support your experience.

Introduction to science and how our different constitutions can affect our daily lives.

A movement practice that will include centering, warm-ups, escalation and resolution and integration, and finish with proper relaxation.

The series will include meditation, mantras, mudras and yoga philosophy that pertains to our physical, emotional and mental experience.
