Yoga Coaching

As a Yoga Coach my role is to guide individuals towards a purpose-led life. Bringing changes to our habitual patterns requires difficult transitions that may need extra support. Using the 8 limb path as base for grounding and guidance for our intention to re-define our life path. Each is part of a holistic focus which eventually brings completeness to the individual as they find their connectivity to clear guidance. Because we are all uniquely individual a person can emphasize one branch and then move on to another as they round out their understanding.

Your session may include and not limited to one or all of the following:

  • Breathing practice for body awareness and optimal health
  • Physical alignment for allowing Prana energy circulate freely
  • Pranassage and healing touch
  • Reflection and Inner quest
  • Contemplation and reflection
  • Movement and postures
  • Meditation to quiet the mind and allow space for the whispers of wisdoms

This is a program that requires full participation and intent to do the work that needs to be done to allow the changes to occur. Only when one is ready will everything fall into place.

The 8 limbs of yoga

The core of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra is an eight-limbed path that forms the structural framework for yoga practice. Upon practicing all eight limbs of the path it becomes self-evident that no one element is elevated over another in a hierarchical order. Each is part of a holistic focus which eventually brings completeness to the individual as they find their connectivity to the divine. Because we are all uniquely individual a person can emphasize one branch and then move on to another as they round out their understanding.
