Pranassage – Yoga inspired bodywork
As a registered Pranassage practitioner, Jo-Ann will move your body through a flow of yoga-like postures as you maintain a state of effortless, relaxed awareness. Through touch, pressure, and traditional yoga postures, Pranassage offers a unique opportunity to resynchronize the mind and body, and to fully experience the present moment.
Your only role in your Pranassage session is to let go and enjoy the experience of being in your own body, but you may also experience other health benefits, including:
- Stress reduction
- Connection to the wisdom of your body
- A Full body stretch
- Release of fascia tension
A typical session lasts 90 minutes. Wear loose fitting and stretchy clothing to facilitate the flow of movement. Long pants are encouraged to avoid pinching the skin.
